Welcome Product/UX Designers,

My name is Rosa Genetti and I'm a Sr. UX Designer at ArrowStream (connect with me on LinkedIn). I have 3 years of experience in Product Design, a B.S. in Design for User Experience from Lesley University, and a background in social work. I've been a career changer and career grower (working on UX Lead), so I know what it takes to get to that next level.

I'm here to help you drive your career by learning to communicate your skills/experience better to land the job you want and improve your stakeholder management strategy to affect the design culture in your organization.

I started as the 1st in-house Product Designer at a startup that was starting to build its product team and learned how to advocate for UX and Product, build relationships, and create a space for Product in a new company.

Now I work as a Sr UX Designer at a B2B SaaS food service supply chain company where I am tasked with shaping UX culture through team and company-wide presentations, implementing and documenting new UX processes and getting stakeholder buy-in, and being an IC developing new data visualization products.
